About Blue Claims

Blue Claims is a trading style of SOLVO SOLUTIONS LTD (Company No. 14760023). We help consumers check whether they may be entitled to compensation for mis-sold or overcharged car finance, and connect those who appear eligible with a panel of FCA-authorised claims management companies and SRA-regulated solicitors who can assess and pursue the claim.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for claims management referrals (FRN: 1013195).

We specialise in helping people who may have been mis-sold car finance, including claims relating to Discretionary Commission Arrangements (DCAs). Hidden commissions between lenders and dealers mean millions of UK consumers could be entitled to compensation.

Our service is simple: we run a free eligibility check, and if your details suggest you may have a valid claim, we refer you to one of our panel partners — an FCA-authorised claims management company or an SRA-regulated solicitor — who will assess the claim in detail and, if they agree to act for you, pursue it against the lender.
