Blue Claims is a trading style of SOLVO SOLUTIONS LTD (Company No. 14760023), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for claims management referrals (FRN: 1013195).

We are a referral service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services or advice. If your claim appears eligible, we refer you to one of our panel partners — an FCA-authorised claims management company or an SRA-regulated solicitor firm — who will assess your potential claim and handle it directly if you choose to proceed.

• We assess your initial eligibility for a car finance claim
• If eligible, we refer you to one of our panel partners — an FCA-authorised claims management company or an SRA-regulated solicitor — who will contact you directly
• The partner firm pays us a referral fee — this is not passed on to you
• Your contractual relationship for handling the claim will be with the panel partner, not with Blue Claims
• A list of the specific companies and firms we work with is available on request — email info@blueclaims.co.uk

Our eligibility check is free and carries no obligation. If we refer you to one of our panel partners, you are under no obligation to proceed. You can withdraw at any time.

You do not need a claims management company or a solicitor to make a claim. You can contact your lender directly for free. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at no cost.

When you enter into an agreement with a panel partner at a distance (online, by telephone, or by email), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a statutory right to cancel that agreement within 14 days, without giving a reason. The partner firm will set out how to exercise this right in the written information they provide before you sign up. This cancellation right applies to the contract with the panel partner, not to our free referral service.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any claim. The success of any claim depends on the specific circumstances of the case. We are not liable for any decision made by the panel partner you are referred to, the lender, or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
